Mussten mit der Anreise bezahlen. Nach einer Stunde wussten wir warum. Ab jetzt lesen wir bevor wir ein Hotel buchen die Bewertungen. Das was das Personal mit Freundlichkeit und gute Laune ausstrahlt, macht die Chefin in Sekunden kaputt. Liebe Grüße Fam. Bartusch

Unser Zimmer, mit Blick auf den See, war wirklich begeistert im Nachgang. Personal war, auch bei Nachfragen, entspannt und offen. Immer gerne wieder. Waren zu Zweit hier und kommen jetzt zu Viert, bereits gebucht. Antonio, der Koch, ebenfalls ein Herz mit großem Talent.

Die Lage und der Ausblick des Hotels auf den See sind einzigartig. Viel mehr hat dieses Hotel aber nicht zu bieten! Es wirkt schon beim Eintritt schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, jedoch bei näherer Betrachtung mangelte es an Sauberkeit und Hygiene: Bad und Dusche schimmelig, Bettwäsche kaputt und schmutzig, Fußböden nicht sorgfältig gereinigt und Möbel waren teilweise funktionsunfähig. Auch der Rest des Hotels wirkte auf mich schäbig! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit aber komplett überfordert und wahrscheinlich chronisch unterbesetzt. Die Hoteldirektion reagierte nach meinem Empfinden auf Mängelhinweise unsensibel und unprofessionell. Als Gast fühlte ich mich hier nicht willkommen.

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft am See, das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich, aber meist bemüht. Leider wurden mir Schuhe entwendet, die ich an der Rezeption während einer Veranstaltung zur Aufbewahrung abgegeben hatte. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage tauchten die Schuhe auch leider nicht wieder auf. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Hotel einfühlsamer reagiert bzw. mir irgendwie entgegenkommt. Leider kam nur das: Guten Tag Leider haben Wir keine Schuhe gefunden , wir haften generell nicht für Gegenstände . Ich persönlich habe den Fall nicht mitbekommen wann und zu welcher Zeit ein Beutel abgegeben wurde . Auch waren zudem Zeitpunkt viele Personen vor Ort. Deshalb würde ich dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

Muss mich leider vielen anderen Gästen anschließen.
Zimmer war klein aber das wussten wir ja. Zimmer roch muffig und nach Schimmel . Es waren dafür überall Duftstecker in Steckdosen, so das der Geruch vertuscht werden sollte. Zum Früstück gab es abgelaufene Magerine 11/23 wir waren Ende März 24 zu Besuch. Das einzig positive ist die Sicht auf den schönen See. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Das Einzigste was toll war , war das Wetter und der Ausblick auf den See ! Die Angestellten waren bemüht ! Aber die Chefin war schnippisch , hochnäsig und unfreundlich ! Wir wurden herablassend behandelt ! Das Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig ! Es gab zum Teil die Reste vom Vortagsbrunch ! Die Zimmer waren klein und das Bad war zum Teil kaputt und schmutzig ! Kurkarten gab es auch nicht , obwohl uns Kurtaxe berechnet wurde ! Am letzten Tag hatten wir zum Teil auch kein Wasser ! Ob das am 1.April lag ? Zum guten Schluß wurden wir noch beschuldigt , wir hätten unsere Zimmerkarten nicht abgegeben ! Wir können dieses Hotel niemanden weiter empfehlen ! Mit frdl. Grüßen Elke
