Ash Mill Farm Bed & Breakfast

A great location to New Hope / Peddlers Village-however… no access to drinking water or glasses/ no coffee station and late start in morning/ breakfast was not very good and juice came out after eating//so did toast- very little amenities and really no interaction with host/hostess. It was nice to find a place that let you stay one night but, I wouldn’t choose this again-needs tweaked and a good mentor in hospitality.

We were never greeted by a host. We received a text message from the innkeeper explaining that she was out for the evening and that our room door was open with key inside. There was no sign or notice when breakfast would be served. There was no access to water to drink, only a small tray of ice cubes we found in the freezer. Our room HAD NO TOILET PAPER! The house itself needs a good cleaning. The breakfast was not good, the small egg casserole was chewy and tasteless. There were no glasses for water or orange juice provided. We needed to ask for them.

Anniversary Stay My wife and I were here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It's a good cutesy place to stay. A bit pricey but it worked for our needs. We really didn't have any complaints. The only iffy thing is the heating/AC. It was a little odd so ask the staff about it but it was fine for us.

The owners or the persons who are running this business have no idea of the basics of hospitality and hosting customers. Starting with dirty room, dirty bathroom, 10+ years grey towels which were white sometime ago, horrible breakfast, cheapest bread and orange juice as possible, greasy eggs etc. Here comes the “funny part” I have opened one of the windows of the room and the window HVAC unit almost fall, the closing window was keeping the HVAC unit in place.Worst place ever stayed, paying $178 per night, I would never recommend this place and would suggest ******* to completely eliminate this place offering it as an option to stay there. My 2 nights payed money flushed in toilet. If you don’t believe what I wrote, dare to try it and convince yourself by staying there. Only one positive thing, the property around the house is well maintained.

We loved the cottage we stayed in. The inn keepers were so friendly and accommodating. They even called us the morning before to find out if we had any dietary restrictions for our breakfast the following day. It’s beautiful and so charming to have the miniature ponies, sheep, and goats.
