Buckingham Hotels with Gym

Came here for the bookers trade show. The rooms are well equipped and comfy, the food was good, but the most impressive part was later in the night with 40-50 hospitality staff drinking the barmaid (I didn’t get her name) ended up working alone for most of the night. Her service was fantastic and even when there was a queue at the bar she did not panic and made sure everyone was looked after and happy. I hope the manager/owner reads this and makes sure that this young barmaid is appreciated, I know myself and my colleagues tipped her for her efforts and fantastic service and really appreciated her work. As a manager myself I’d be really proud of this bartender and how she handled the situation she was in if she was in my team! Many thanks for a great night.
