I live in such a remote place because I have to visit relatives, otherwise I wouldn't normally stay here. There is no lift in the hotel, so you have to climb the stairs to carry your luggage up. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric fan. Fortunately, it is generally not hot in the UK. The room was large and comfortable for two people. Before leaving on the last day, the front desk staff gave us a cup of hot coffee for breakfast.

I booked several premier plus rooms for myself and colleagues for a work trip. The rooms were appalling with stained and filthy carpet and shower which was unusable. I complained to Premier inn and was totally ignored. So much for customer service

It was a great experience. Room was clean. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast staff were nice and served everything well. I had a good time !

Can’t rate this place high enough. The front of house staff are second to none and honestly are the reason I have a 5 star review! Sonya, Nihal and Farouk were born to greet and look after people! And we can’t forget Rosies wonderful breakfasts (though we didn’t get to meet her). I can’t rate these people high enough. I wish I could bottle them and take them home. The hotel is standard basic Premier Inn regarding facilities (fine to good) but the staff would make me return in a heart beat. Protect them at all costs! Thank you Sonya, Farouk & Nihal x

Rooms comfortable and staff friendly. My one gripe was it needs better signage on entrance, drove past before realised that it was there.

Very comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast the next day but the total price puts off any one night mid week stay the future A one off for a 60th surprise celebration at them prices Premier inn for as little as £35 .. where ??? Never see any
