Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad hingegen klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Übernachtung war es völlig in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wären die Zimmer im renovierten Gebäude auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite wahrscheinlich schöner. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Neben dem Gästehaus gibt es auch gehobenere neu renovierte Zimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite. Diese sind ein Erlebnis in Design und Architektur und von der Hoteliers Familie mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist regional und wirklich hervorragend und wenn Mal etwas nicht passt, wird sofort nachgebessert, sofern man seinen Wunsch auch äußert. Das Personal und die Chefs sind besonders kinderfreundlich und witzeln gerne mit den Kleinen. Absolute Empfehlung. Sehr sympatisch. Tipp: Buffalo Salat (Mehr als nur ein Salat).

Der Zwiebelrostbraten war exzellent. Salat und Beilagen sehr schmackhaft. Auch alle anderen am Tisch waren hochzufrieden. Obwohl fast alle Tische im Restaurant besetzt waren, war der Service sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man gutbürgerlich Essen gehen möchte.

Zum wiederholten Male war ich im Hotel Reichsadler zu Gast und hatte dieses Mal ein Einzelzimmer im Haupthaus. Das - nicht mehr ganz neue (Bade-) - Zimmer war funktional, sauber und alles hat diesbezüglich auch wieder gepasst. Die Parkplatzfläche direkt vor dem Hotel ist leider klein, ich hatte Glück und bekam einen kostenfreien Stellplatz. Das ist aber kein Problem, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe auch ein öffentlicher Platz ist. Das Abendessen im Restaurant wieder sehr lecker, das Personal wie gewohnt sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war wieder möglich, dass jemand von extern (kein Hotelgast) gegen Bezahlung zum Frühstück dazu kam - top!! Auch bei nächsten Mal in der Gegend werde ich wieder hier übernachten!
