Booked for a colleague and was arranged to stay in the basement. After several negotiations, they said there was no room or they would charge extra to change the room. Very bad!

Non posso che allinearmi anch'io alle recensioni positive su questo hotel. Sono stato ospite, con mia moglie, della struttura dal 25 al 28 marzo 2022 e devo dire di essermi trovato decisamente bene. La camera era la 5 sullo stesso piano della hall, sulla destra del ristorante. Punti di forza dell'albergo sono sicuramente l'arredamento, le finiture delle camere, il bar accogliente e caldo con le sue luci soffuse, la sala della colazione con le sue armature. Tutto molto bello e atmosfera d'altri tempi. Il quartiere non è dei migliori ma comunque molto tranquillo. Al caldo della stanza, lamentato da alcuni clienti, ho rimediato aprendo un po' la finestra. Un caro saluto a Cristiano. Allego foto della camera e dell'hotel. Saluti.

Immaculate property. Big cozy room. CLEAN. Staff went above and beyond. Sooooo friendly and helpful. Walking distance to anything you need or what to do in the city. Honestly great. Will stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel - definitely some photo opportunities. Staff were excellent. Thank you to Oana for sorting out my booking mistake and for all your advice. Doina in the dining room was a warm & excellent host. Lovely comfortable bed.

A gem of a place
Lovely oldy worldy boutique hotel full of character. Awesome building full of history. Wonderful cocktail bar and restaurant in the "dungeon". Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was good for a single traveller, which was what i was. Clean and warm.
I would definitely use again. My kind of place but may not suit everyone.

Mooi authentiek hotel. Vriendelijk personeel enkel de barman was wel nors. We misten een klein borrelhapje bij de cocktail.we hadden kamer 18 en de vloer in de badkamer was niet ok,zelfs een beeggevaarlijk.
