My sister and I booked this hotel and loved it. It was 20 mins walk to the old town and the hotel itself was clean and as described. The breakfast was lovely and has a nice restaurant attached. Very nice stay considering the price.

Generally speaking, the location of this place is not very good. The breakfast is not rich enough. Many places can be upgraded and improved. It takes time to go to famous attractions.

Hotel outside the historic center. A hotel classified as 4 stars cannot leave you the same tablecloths for 4 days plus the fallen tablecloths have landed them raised up and hung up again which is scandalous. They say they have a jacuzzi on the terrace, yes it is, but it is not functional. The hot air doesn't work and the minibar didn't work the first 2 days, they changed it on the third day. Positive note the super comfortable 10 star king bed.

Hotel molto curato, le camere standard sono ampie e il servizio è di alto livello, forse più di un 4 stelle. Il personale della reception parla inglese e italiano ed è molto disponibile e professionale. L’unica pecca è la posizione, in quanto la zona è carina e super tranquilla, ma purtroppo mal servita dai mezzi pubblici, bisogna calcolare almeno 25/30 minuti per recarsi ad uno qualunque dei maggiori punti di interesse della città. Valuto comunque questo hotel in maniera più che buona.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Good restaurant available. Not too far from the centre with the bonus it's in a quiet area and we felt safe walking (We visited a couple of nice small bars in the vicinity). Only negative was some of the furniture in the room felt very basic/flat pack... functional if not beautiful!

excellent value for money. the balcony gave a beautiful view of the city and the staff were friendly and knowledgable. the hot tub was lukewarm, but apart from that it was perfect
