Ужасный отель!!!! Не рекомендую никому!!! Там одни аферисты. Мы забронировали отель 9 апреля через Букинг, там была бесплатная отмена брони. У меня с карты сняли деньги и не вернули до сих пор сегодня уже 8 мая. На контакт сначала вообще не шли, потом получилось с ними связаться. Сказали что занимаются процедурой возврата итд... кормят завтраками, обвиняют мой банк (Приват Банк) что как бы он блокирует средства. Но банк мне подтвердил что даже и намёка не было от них по возврату средств. Так что опасайтесь их я не рекомендую никому туда попасть, там одни аферисты!!! Я ещё с Ними борюсь: буду писать заявление в полицию, в посольство и скорее всего в прокуратуру!!! Всем хорошего дня и берегите себя!!!

There were no rooms available but they still advertised and accepted payment. This place is not to be trusted. They are scammers who advertise on ******* and tell customers their is no rooms available when you arrive.

We stayed for one night...The owner was extremely rude to us. Although we paid extra for a room with a bathtub, when we arrived at the location we were given a room with a shower. after long discussions we would receive a room with a bathtub, but we could not use it because we did not have a plug. After reporting the problem, the owner gave us an extremely rude answer, these are exactly the words used: ,,we gave you the suite with the bathtub (but this does not mean that you can fill the bathtub) ... because the amount of water consumed in relation to the total consumption of the reserved room is not justified.'' In terms of the accomodation the room was clean.

A great location, friendly staff, everything clean and a safe place . Good coffee in the morning and a quiet place … I really recommend this place … modern, well equipped and renovated rooms… good bed, goood size comfortable.

It smells, gives a dirty feeling and has a broken shower The owners are extremely rude. We talked to them about the defects and they laughed at us. We had a very unsafe feeling. We booked 2 nights and fled the last one
