Rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy - Avoid! Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!! We booked with breakfast and a late checkout and the hotel wouldn’t honour either, even though it clearly states it on our booking. Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. The towels in the room were visibly stained and the doors to the rooms need to be slammed shut so there’s no opportunity for restful sleep. Spend a little extra and go with a reputable hotel - this place isn’t worth it!

Awful, unprofessional staff, girls from reception are rude, expensive and I would not recommend, staff is sleeping in reception, rooms small and the breakfast is the same everyday, rooms are not like in the photos, the cleaning is missing, so don't choose this hotel

....so the positive is the beds are ok. That's where it ends sadly. Breakfast is a mystery. It was cold including the hot stuff. The staff are disinterested and I'm not even sure who's working here as there's not distinguishing feature for ppl staying here or the staff. They were just sitting around apart from the odd time they were at the reception desk. A name badge or something would be useful. I didn't ask for much but on the 2 occasions I needed to ask for my room key to be reactivated it seemed like too much trouble. The shower didn't work, the fridge didn't work. I would've asked but from experience it would be too much trouble. For the first time in Romania which is a nice country and I will be back I have been left extremely disappointed. I won't be stopping here on my next trip.

My wife booked this hotel in Bucharest and we are going there. The hotel is not very far from the center but a taxi is needed, the value for money is fair, if you get it on offer, but nothing special, the breakfast in the morning is poor, and is displayed in an unhygienic way. The rooms are small, poor cleaning...😩😩

Uncomfortable hotel for those who don't have their own transport available...it takes almost 30 minutes on foot to get to the centre. All around there is great decay...just a bad neighbourhood. They don't speak Italian but I speak English fluently and the receptionist didn't understand anything and wasn't able to give me comprehensive information. Small room and not at all soundproofed. Bathroom full of limescale. On the voucher it said free bottles of water and free tea bags in the room but there were none and when I asked for them at reception I was made to pay. It said that it was possible to have dinner in the room but they replied that they had no food... and although breakfast was scheduled until 10.30... at 9.30 everything was almost finished and the receptionist was calmly sitting smoking the electronic cigarette and drinking the cappuccino without replenishing the buffet. Terrible...I will ask for a refund.

Although the Staff was amazing, the rooms are also very beautifully designed and cozy, i had a blast of a time ! I recommend this place with all my heart, great regards to the team for helping me with all i needed. Also it is very close to the center of the city, and the grand fotball arena, which is awesome !
