Great big place
Great big place for a reasonable price. Close to pipiera metro station which is only 20 min ride to central bucharest.

Disappointing apartment
Disappointing
AC only in the living room and couldn't even make that part cold
Mattress on 2nd double room was terrible, metal coil Mattress that you can feel every coil
Apartment for 6 people but only 4 can eat the same time - dining table is 1x1m
Very basic equipment
Tiny TV
No place to hang your towel, put your tooth brush or toilet paper in the small shower (???)

Avoid at all costs
Disgusting, I would never stay here again or advise anyone else to stay here.
The rooms were barely clean, there was so much noise in the surrounding area both day and night, the bed was super uncomfortable and they advertise having both a gym and a pool (pretty much the only reason I booked this place) - and they have neither of those things

Très bien mais pourrait être parfait
Appartement très bien situé avec commodités au pied de l immeuble (restaurants, supermarché, etc.).
Pourrait avoir un 10 sur 10 si il y avait eu du gel douche, des serviettes de meilleures qualités et une machine à laver qui fonctionne.
Sinon cela reste quand même très bien hormis ces détails.

It's a good place to stay with high-quality buildings. The site includes a supermarket and various restaurants. It is pretty close to the M2 metro line. However, as a person who stays for a long time, I can say that I have been facing a chronic gas outage for about a year.

Everything was good, except for the fact, that we did not have any hot water for 4 days (gas pipe issues, gas was shut down) and I know this is not their fault, but problem was since Wednesday the week before and we got notified on Monday (arriving on Tuesday) and with alternative offered outside the city, that was not an option. In rest all good, apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. (remote control for the TV was missing couple of buttons :)) ) Another strange thing was, that we got the keys under the doormat, that is not really the safest way :))
