The proprietor, Ed, took pride in the establishment. There was time taken and attention to detail in the room, as well as the outside of the Inn, being decorated for Christmas. The room was clean and very accommodating. The Inn was in walking distance to dining, shops, and the train depot. I would definitely stay at Calhoun Inn & Suites again and highly recommend it to those travelling to that area, or for those looking for a weekend get-a-way.

Lovely
Sadly we were only there for 1 night. We wish our trip was for a couple so we could have enjoyed more of Bryson City and the Calhoun’s hotel. So very quaint! Lovely big porch with rocking chairs. The morning we checked out it was raining. So we sat on the porch drinking coffee and listening to the rain.

This very old home converted, it appears, to a number of separate rentals, was very unique! Tho we arrived late at night to leave mid morning we didn't leave much time to explore the full character of this home. Thank you for the speedy and professional responses.

Excellent. Highly recommend! The Treehouse sweet was amazing, super clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Great balcony view. Only regret is we didn't stay longer!

Excellent restored place.Greatly enjoyed orient point suite.Lots of hot water and rain head shower.Electric fireplace was very nice on chilly night.You can’t go wrong here.They provide some nice basics.Excellent beds…………………….’.’.

We stayed at the Prairie edge suite it was meticulously clean. The kitchen and the appliances were well stocked and like new. The jetted tub was amazing with a tiled shower. The bed was firm and had a soft pillow top extremely comfortable and like New. The decor was Southwest Indian, cabin type furniture extremely comfortable and gorgeous. The living room also had a nice recliner, which was great. The view on the sitting porch out front of the suite was amazing to see the mountain range. It was very quiet there and peaceful. The owners were friendly and extremely helpful with letting us know the area information. The continental breakfast was just perfect along with many selections of coffee for the Keurig. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and cabins and I must say this is the best experience that we’ve had! Cleanliness peacefulness, and accommodations were outstanding. We definitely will be booking again there very soon
