Don’t waste your time, view of roof tops and mountains are off in a distance. Parking was a challenge. Long walk to town, the descriptions don’t match what you’ll be renting.

Our stay at Calhoun Inn and Suites was nothing short of amazing. The views were stunning, and we loved hearing the train roll by—it added such a unique charm. Our suite was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful treats and drinks left for us—such a nice touch! The bed was incredibly comfortable; we actually slept in later than usual because we were so relaxed. This was our first trip to Bryson City and Calhoun Inn and Suites, and it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you for making our first visit so special!

Well kept suites. Stay was very enjoyable. Loved the local area. While there Ed was able to paint my motorcycle with his artistic talent.I have already received compliments on the paint work he did. My son and I went all over the area and would recommend staying at the Calhoun house. We will be returning as a family some time in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. Themed suites with cable, Wi-Fi and DVD. Well appointed and stocked with snacks and breakfast. We chose the Calhoun House Inn because there is a spa tub in each suite. Ours didn't work. This was a romantic anniversary get-away and the spa tub not working soured it.

WOW! What a great experience. I planned a getaway for my parents 21st anniversary mom's birthday which featured this as their stay. They had a wonderful time! Ed, the innkeeper, collaborated with me in setting this up. He even purchased them locally baked pastries as a "birthday/anniversary" local fare gift. Wonderful experience, they said they want to visit Bryson City again, I know where they will be staying :)

Friendly hosts, provided more then I was expecting Great small town lots going on,..Beautiful scenery. Will stay there again and recommend to my friends.
