My friend introduced me to this place and I’m not from Sourh Africa. The areas is quite and nice the environment is amazing however the staff and their way of handling customers was so bad. I was not informed the right check out time but I had some of the colleagues coming to chase me out of the apartment as if I were a thief. I tried explaining that I was not informed the check out was 10am but it didn’t matter. I felt so mistreated because everyone acted as your days are done and you gotta go. Very poor management system.

Fine apartment but the aircon doesn’t work.
The apartment is nice, but the aircondition have No function and that’s a problem in the hot season.

CAG THE HUB on 3 Muswell Drive meets and exceeds my expectations every time i have stayed here. Very clean, orderly and feels like home away from home. It is also conveniently located.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks while waiting for permanent accommodation. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are well maintained, and all the appliances were working and in very good condition. The location was also walking distance from the office, and 1 - 2kms away from shopping and restaurants. Security was good.
