Our kitchen has been fully remodeled and is stocked with everything you should need for your time in Aggieland including a coffee and tea bar. The home offers a dining space for meals and a cozy living room with a smart TV ready for streaming (you will need streaming login). Downstairs also offers a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms with queen size beds, bedding and additional linens and a full bathroom with toiletries and Dove soap products.

Nice place!
This is our second time staying at this place and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Heather is very helpful, quick to respond, and a great host!

Nice little place
Clean which is extremely important. Sufficiently close to Texas A&M but small city. Nicely appointed townhouse. Easy communication with owners.

Great Place - will stay again
We were moving our youngest for her new job and knew we would be too tired to make it back home. Only stayed here overnight but for sure will book again when we come back to visit.

Great little townhouse
The place is extremely well
Decorated, comfortable beds, very clean.
Host is awesome and made our stay extremely convenient.
If I were to suggest one thing would be to add a rubber mat in the shower as it can get very slippery and can cause a dangerous fall.
Also, the listing is deceiving. It’s 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath, not 2 bath.

Just what we needed
We needed a place to stay one night to get in a quick visit with our son at A&M. This townhome was clean and had everything we needed for our quick visit-including a really comfortable bed.

Very nice and clean
We enjoyed our stay, the place was as pictured, everything was nice and updated, we had everything we needed to be comfortable, walking distance to Target, lots of stores close by, we would definitely stay again, I didn’t know it was in like an apartment complex setting but over all it was really nice inside 10/10
