Great location right next to the metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around. It was easy to get to the usual touristy places by foot. We had a suite and it was more like an apartment - living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture looked a bit old and tired but it's ok if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. There are some drinks and vending machines at the lobby if you need something late night but can't be bothered to walk to the shops. The check in was smooth albeit lacking in enthusiasm. We didn't hear much noise at night primarily because the windows were facing another building. Overall, a nice stay.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Staff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

Clean room, comfortable bed, room size is large, staff are friendly. Most importantly, very good location to travel around. If you feel tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest and go out again.
The only draw back is, the shower is not strong enough.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time and the service was very good. There are no vacancies due to early arrival at the hotel. The hotel adjusted in time and arranged to move in without letting me wait too long. There is also a waiter who can speak Chinese, which is very convenient. Not far from the city center and convenient transportation. The breakfast is also good. The room facilities are complete, as well as intimate gifts and greeting cards. Stay here next time.

We stayed at Hilton Brussels Grand Place for 11 nights, and while the location really is unbeatable—right across from Central Station and so convenient for exploring the city—there were quite a few things that left me a little disappointed, especially considering the price.
Housekeeping was the biggest letdown. It was inconsistent from day to day—some days we came back to no towels, no bath mat, or bins left unemptied. On the eve of our checkout, there was no housekeeping at all. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it felt like we were just forgotten. For a hotel like Hilton, I expected more consistency and care.
The gym also didn’t live up to expectations. It felt neglected—messy, not well looked after, and missing basic things like lighter dumbbells (no 2kg or 3kg options at all). After daylight saving time changed, the clock on the wall wasn’t adjusted, and the water at the gym wasn’t replenished. Small things, but they added up and made it feel like the space wasn’t managed with guests in mind.
I really wanted to love the stay. The location and comfort of the room were great, and that’s why it’s all the more disappointing when the basics fall through. Hopefully, these are things the hotel can look into—it wouldn’t take much to turn a good stay into a great one.

高高Does this restaurant have breakfast? I don't think there is a place for breakfast. The front desk didn't introduce me to breakfast either. The biggest feature is that the stairs are steep and there is no elevator. The reception desk on the first floor. The reception desk is called because there is no hall, all of which are ten square meters in size, and they are closed after get off work at night. I don't know the specific time when I get off work. I went downstairs after 7 o'clock in the morning with the sliding doors closed. There are several rooms on the second floor, and two rooms on each floor above the second floor. I live in the highest room No. 6, and my suitcase is 31.8kg. Look at the stairs in the picture. The first one is from the first floor to the second floor, and then there is a spiral staircase. It's so difficult! The location is very convenient, just near the main square. I still recommend that you live in Novotel, Ibis or Hilton. Are all next to each other. This hotel is too bad. Especially Chinese people go to Europe with a lot of luggage. The hotels I'm talking about are very close to Brussels Central Station, a five-minute walk. Novotel or Hilton and the train station are just across the door. There are many thieves in Belgium, so everyone must pay attention, especially not to reveal the rich. Europe is terrible now.

CCaliLThe location is very good, there is the Wolf Food Market right opposite, and it takes only 8 minutes to walk to the Grand Place in Brussels. You will also pass the Saint-Hubert Arcade in the middle. It is also close to the food street of the Pee Girl, which is very lively at night.
The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there is enough space for an extra bed.
The hotel's inner courtyard has a patio and is very comfortable.

GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

KkungchLocation: quite convenient and approximate 25mins drive from the airport. But it seems that it is not quite close to the aerobus route (fyi if you wish to come here by aerobus and that is the reason why we choose to take a Cabify with lots of baggages lol :) )
Service: quite warm-welcoming staff and they will show you around the hotel for the first check in, leading you from the desk to your room.
Amenities: we were allocated with the room under the rooftop and this, the room is quite narrow and the height is lower than normal. Worse still, there is no street view.

RRuby-xiThe location of the hotel is OK, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the city center and the central railway station. The hotel front desk service is average, not hot or cold, and the hotel is relatively clean. The only drawback is that the shower drains very slowly, which feels bad.

YYUXIHotel location is very good, not far from the central square, strolling is coming, we stayed in four beds, just four people, one per person, no extra charge, including the head tax, the first floor restaurant has The hot water bottle can be used to boil water on its own. Although the facilities in the store are simple, it is really a good choice for those who want to sleep outside at night. It is a good choice for a person who is very suitable for travel. Feeling. And it’s check out at 12 o'clock, there is no extra money, the front desk is also very good.
