The hotel location is near the attractions! I have to say that this hotel has unique stairs. The room is very spacious, like entering a monastery. 🤣It doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s quite difficult to carry luggage up! But 10 points are unique. Sporco, pareti sottili, materasso sfondato ,pulizie giornaliere scarse... Pessimo, è solo molto centrale ...ma per il resto ...uno schifo!, la reception sono gentili e danno bene le info, ma ho trovato peli di ogni genere sul letto e il tappo di un sapone usato nella doccia...ok che è vecchio, ok che si spende di più.... Ma questo non giustifica la sporcizia, la macchinetta delle bevande è sempre vuota ... La doccia, se non tieni il rubinetto con le mani, dopo un minuto si spegne .... Bocciato...

Very nice staff & good location but definitely 2 star loud in hallways & from street, no toiletries, old flooring, paper thin little towels, no coffee or tea but plenty places to go to great location & helpful staff

Quarto do terror
Não tinha luz no quarto, quarto quente sem ventilador ou ar condicionado, sujo, cheiro de mofo, uma escada estreita e perigosa para chegar com as malas.
A única coisa boa é a localização

O que me impressiona é como um hotel no centro de Bruxelas que é uma cidade turística consegue ser tão ruim. Tão sem cuidado. Cortina rasgadas, janelas quebradas, sem luz no quarto. Um quarto do terror.

No hay ascensor. 3 pisos sin ascensor con maletas... La habitación ni fu ni fa. Lo mejor una excelente ubicación, en el centro. a 8 minutos andando de la Grande Place.

Catastrophique
2 nuits de réservés , nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, du bruit jusqu’à plus de minuit dans l’hôtel, une salle de d’eau sale, de la rouille de partout sur la robinetterie ,les toilettes pleines de tartre , trop trop chaud dans la chambre le chauffage n’était pas réglable…Obligé de réparer un lit à l’arrivée deux lattes du sommier étaient au sol.Un parquet flottant dans un état catastrophique.-
Du bruit à 6h30 dans le bas de la rue il y a un chantier au pied de l’hôtel.
Nous avons demandé un remboursement pour la deuxième nuit non utilisée, celui ci a été refusé..
Très bon emplacement, tout le reste est à fuir!!!
