Hotel Agora Brussels Grand Place

The room is nice but the bathroom is too small. The location is very good. It is very convenient to travel to Bruges and Ghent. It is also very close to major attractions. You can reach all attractions in 10 minutes on foot. I would like to especially praise the beautiful French front desk staff. They are enthusiastic, friendly and warm. This hotel is worth recommending

The front desk was quite welcoming, and the hotel entrance was in a box, which was a bit hidden. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and you have to carry a large box up by yourself.

The hotel's exterior is different from the pictures online, so it's a bit hard to find. But the location is very close to the train station and major attractions, so it is very convenient. The hotel dates back to the 16th century and has a very nostalgic feel, but be aware that the stairs are very narrow. The staff are very nice and will help you carry your luggage to your room. We had to leave the hotel at 5am as we had to catch a train the next day. The staff was very nice. They came to our room on time, helped us carry our luggage to the lobby downstairs, and gave us advice on the best way to get to the train station.

The hotel is antique, and the hotel staff is very warm and attentive. Although the old-style hotel does not have an elevator, the staff took the initiative to help us carry our large luggage into the room, which is very worthy of praise! The bedroom feels spacious and the bathroom is relatively small, but overall it is hygienic and clean.  Unfortunately, one day I went back to the room and found that the cleaning lady had not locked my room properly. Fortunately, there were no valuables in the room. I reported it to the hotel staff and they were very sorry and gave me a gift in return. A breakfast voucher was given as compensation. If necessary, they claimed that they could view the CCTV and hoped that the same thing would not happen again. Apart from this incident, the hotel overall is worth a stay.
