Я всем довольна. За такую цену в хорошем месте вы больше нигде не остановитесь в Брюсселе) так что не вижу смысла жаловаться на двух звёздочный отель за такие деньги. Меня всё устроило, я живу в гостинице со своей ванной и туалетом, здесь чисто и хорошо! Большое спасибо!

Schifo. Caricherò le foto per far vedere lo schifo che offre questo hotel. Vetri delle finestre piene di polvere, porta sporca, cuscini accomodati. E personale che non è voluto salire a controllare le camere e non ci hanno voluto risarcire

The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the city centre. There was someone available at reception 24/7 which was handy. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when we requested a later check out time; and they were happy for us to store our luggage for a few hours after check out, both with no additional costs. The hygiene levels were not great and even after the room was cleaned it felt like a hurried job had been done. Plenty of dust everywhere. There was ongoing works at the hotel which meant on our last morning we were left without water for ages as it had been turned off for work. And as works started early in the morning the loud noises meant we couldn’t sleep in. Overall for what we paid, it was good value for money.

Great location away from the crowds but still walkable to the sights ,bars, restaurants and shopping! The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but the room well , needs some interior designer attention!

My son and his friends were staying here for part of their spring break. Overall the accommodations met their needs for the short time they were there. They did feel the location was good. Unfortunately my son left something at the hotel and while the hotel front desk said they would ship it, they refused to take a credit card citing that because he did not have a current reservation for the hotel on file, they would only accept a wire transfer. I mentioned he did have a reservation a few days prior but was told that because ‘he didn’t have a current reservation for the left item’ it was impossible to take a card over the phone. A reservation was needed for the left item? While I admit that things are probably slightly different in the U.S., this seems a very implausible and very disappointing answer.

L'unica buona nota è la vicinanza alla Grand Place e alla stazione Midi. Per il resto: poca pulizia della camera, compreso la finestra, armadio aperto con grucce rotte, letto improponibile, no acqua calda, asciugamani ruvidi, no pulizia camera al mattino, colazione basica.

Horrible smell
This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel I ever been to. The smell is so horrible that I had to stay away from the room all day. Location is very good and the staff members are very nice and helpful, however it doesn’t take much effort to fix the smell in every room. Also it would be helpful if you can change the bedsheets every now and then.
