The hotel's location is close to the Grand Palace, shops, restaurants, cafes, the train station, and the Catholic church. It's very strategic. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and we were able to store our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the area while waiting for our train. You can buy Smurf chocolates at Neuhaus, a famous chocolate shop located near the hotel.

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Bruxelles Central Station, in a quiet street, with those busy spots just around the corner. We had a pleasant stay, though the breakfast is less than inviting. The cafe, Lloyd Eatery next door is a good alternative.

The location is very good. Close to the train station and the central plaza. I couldn't stay at the hotel I'd chosen and paid for.
The downside was that upon arrival, I was informed it was full, overbooked. They kept me waiting for a while in the lobby. It was 12:30 a.m. And they sent me by taxi to another NH hotel further away. They paid for my transfer; I arrived around 1:30 a.m. On the way, the taxi driver committed an infraction, and the police stopped the taxi, delaying everything. Plus the documentation and fine. They were very harsh with the taxi driver.
The new NH hotel was also a grand hotel of similar category and price.
Everything was fine and correct. Perfect sheets, comfortable single bed, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, complimentary teas and water.
Huge, clean towels.
A very varied buffet breakfast. Natural juices and incredible coffee.
I would always return to that category of NH hotels

Great location, good breakfasts. Old uncomfortable cramped rooms, view into the windows of the neighboring building, no sockets in the bathroom, couldn't use my hair dryer. Water only on the first day, no robes. Not a four star standard.

Please choose a different hotel and just walk the 10 minutes to the center. The hotel was a complete disaster, and I wish I'd read the critical comments more carefully:
- The entrance to the parking lot is suitable for bicycles and maybe Smart Minis. Any larger cars can expect scratches.
- It would be surprising to find out that there are hygiene regulations for the rooms: Our room was very disgusting; the sink and toilet were in use, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was moldy, the walls and doors were dilapidated, and the bed and armchair were covered in hair and stains. You really don't want to touch them any more than you have to.
- We originally booked the room because it was supposed to have a balcony: However, you're not allowed to smoke on it, nor is the view in any way worth it (unless you want to look at some other hotel rooms).
For the price, this is an absolute disgrace and an insult.
