It was very spacious and clean. The staff were also polite and nice.
You can hear the TV in the next room very clearly, so it may not be suitable for those looking for a quiet place.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. Some parts were a little old looking and could use some maintenance but overall it's a pleasant place to stay.

Amazing hotel and wonderful garden. All very well. Just a very bad encounter with the front desk receptionist Gomez. The lock in my room was not working and I checked with the front desk on this. Mr Gomez reply was 'do you not feel safe'?
For a paying customer safety is of the utmost importance and this was not taken seriously at all. He then just went on to serve another guest without acknowledgment to our conversation. I called the front desk to ask them to come and have a look. The phone was answered by Mr Gomez, who said he would be there right away, but did not show up at all.
This is pathetic and unacceptable behaviour towards a guest who is concerned about their safety in a renowned hotel like yours. I trust this will be looked into with some level of seriousness
