The only good thing about it is the metro and tram connections.
The toilets were dirty and clogged, and they also smelled. The beds were unmade, the shower barely ran water, the mini-fridge was broken, there was no air conditioning or heating, just a fan. They didn't come to clean it for two days.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to North Station, only a ten-minute walk. It's a decent-sized hotel with a quiet environment. The service was excellent, and the room was nice, with a double bed, clean and quiet, with a garden to the rear. The toilet was noisy as soon as you entered. It was also noisy when you slept in the back. The facilities were old, but the room was large. There was only one person at the front desk who was very slow. They asked you to fill out a form. We ordered takeout and they said it would be delivered to the door, but it was not. We waited for a long time and changed the receptionist. They said they would leave it at the front desk. We didn't get to eat the hot takeout. They didn't provide cleaning.
