First of all, I was surprised by the huge lobby. It's very spacious. I think the location is close to the station, but I heard that the area is a little unsafe, so even a 5-minute walk feels long. That's because there are no other bustling buildings. I use the flixbus, so it was nice to be close to the bus stop. The room was very spacious and clean. As an Asian, I felt the lighting was a little dark. The facilities were perfect. I was grateful that they were able to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Thank you.

It can be pretty good

It is an older hotel, but the facilities are pretty good and the service is very warm. The lobby in particular is very spacious, and the sofas, work areas and other facilities are among the better ones in the same price range. There is also a small garden.

Overall it's good but the hotel facilities are a bit old

I took the FLIXBUS from Frankfurt to Brussels North Station. I was very nervous after reading about the various uneasy factors of this station online. This hotel is only a five or six minute walk from the FLIXBUS station A, B, and C Zone. There is a supermarket and a school by the river behind the hotel, which is relatively safe. If you go to Brussels North Station Bus Station, I strongly recommend this location. You don't have to worry even if you arrive late. The lobby decoration is very fresh, the hotel can store luggage, the front desk lady is polite and thoughtful, and the attitude of several men at the front desk is average. There is no bottled water in the room, but there are coffee bags and tea bags. I recommend some waffle shops in the city center, their specialty. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and delicious.
