Good value for money. Staff was nice, and the place was overall clean (except the toilet area). The sad part was the bed wasn't made, there were no free towels ,and the checkout time was too early and the checkin time was too late (11 am and 3 pm respectively).

Good location near the city centre

Good location and everything is good.

Really close to the station and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The small room wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t have enjoyed staying in a large room with no privacy but I think that is preference. At night I was in the common area, and bed bugs started crawling out of the cushions. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I freaked out and told my roommate and we checked our dorm like crazy looking for any signs and we couldn’t find any in our dorm. I hope they fix this issue soon, otherwise Id recommend staying anywhere else.

Unfriendly staff, never stay here again. Kitchen is small and not equipped, huge hostel but did not care about the guests.

Location is good, near the shopping centre and Grand-Place Grote Markt. For the backpacker it's a very good hotel, because breakfast included. For the traveller who want to have peaceful sleeping, that may not suitable for them.

I stayed in this youth hostel for two days in a row. It was pretty good. The room was quite big, the bathroom was also quite big, and the wet and dry areas were separated. I took a bus from Paris to Brussels. It was only 900 meters away from the bus. It was very convenient.

The environment of this youth hostel is actually pretty good, but I'm sorry that I can't give it a high rating. However, there were some hiccups when I checked in. After I checked in, I found that the toilet in the bathroom was broken and the sound of water running was very disturbing. Because I checked in late at around midnight on the first day and I was very tired after getting off the plane and rushing to the city, I didn't go to the front desk. The next day, a black woman at the front desk tried to evade the request and asked why the customers didn't go to them in the middle of the night (two or three o'clock). It's very speechless. They don't consider the customer's feelings at all and instead attack you in all kinds of ways... The rest of the experience was good except that the front desk solved the problem and made me very speechless. The hotel does not apologize for its own hardware problems, but its attitude toward customers is disgusting. And at 380 yuan a night, this price-performance ratio is almost non-existent. On the contrary, Ctrip was very good. After reporting the problem to the customer service, the customer service quickly contacted the hotel. In the end, the hotel refused to apologize or compensate, but Ctrip paid for the compensation out of its own pocket to appease the customers. I was really touched. Although the hotel was wrong, I would never be wrong when choosing Ctrip. Since there are no pictures of the hotel, I will post two pictures of Brussels. Brussels is still worth a visit.

There is a pedestrian street just outside the city center. It takes only about ten minutes to get to the Grand Place in Brussels. It is very close to various attractions around. It is also close to the subway entrance. It is just around the corner. I am very satisfied with it. Breakfast is also included.

The location is great, very clean and convenient. The staff was very enthusiastic and professional when checking in! The hotel has a great sense of design, and the rest area and dining area are very reasonably and conveniently designed!
