The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and a subway station. The room was clean, but you could hear some street noise at night. The breakfast was acceptable.

The room was dark, with a window overlooking a fenced-off internal courtyard; we couldn't even tell if it was raining or sunny. Upon arrival, we found a used towel balled up on the bathroom floor. The next morning, they cleaned the room, leaving the garbage bag from the forgotten trash can on the floor. The breakfast was very poor, the coffee undrinkable, and the espresso was disgusting (dirty water).

Trip.com should review and verify the authenticity of the photos provided by the hotel! The hotel used photos of the Imperial Palace, 2 kilometers away, on their website, which is seriously misleading!
The Holiday Inn Express is a typical express hotel, even worse than the All Seasons, with no refrigerator or safe.
