Une très mauvaise expérience : nous devions passer 4 nuits à Bruxelles en juin (vacances) et avons réservé par téléphone en janvier (directement avec l'hôtel) une suite PMR en précisant que j'étais en situation de handicap et que j'utilisais fréquemment un fauteuil roulant. Au téléphone, tout est OK. En arrivant à l'hôtel 6 mois plus tard, c'est la déconvenue et incompréhension : le fauteuil roulant ne rentre pas dans l'ascenseur ; je dois en sortir et nous devons le replier pour que les portes se ferment. A la réception, le personnel semble surpris de me voir dans un fauteuil roulant alors qu'une note est visible sur leur ordinateur "ne pas changer de chambre : personne handicapée". On nous confirme cependant, qu'il n'y a bien qu'un seul ascenseur et que non, un fauteuil ne rentre pas dedans. Arrivés dans notre suite, nous constatons que la salle de bain de la suite, elle n'est pas du tout aux normes PMR : la douche à l'italienne est standard, ce qui complique l'aide pour la toilette. Nous avions également demandé une suite au calme. Or, nous étions au 1er étage, côté rue, juste au dessus de la réception. Après avoir passé une nuit désastreuse là-bas (chambre très bruyante, les clients arrivant à toutes heures, et une chute dans la douche pour moi) , nous avons décidé de repartir dès le lendemain. Or, nous avions réglé l'intégralité du séjour lors de notre réservation (6 mois avant), et la réceptionniste n'a pu nous rembourser que 3 nuits de parking. Nous avons ensuite envoyé un courriel de réclamation, à destination de la Direction, pour demander un remboursement des 3 nuits non effectuées à l'hôtel, car il est clair que l'on nous a communiqué de fausses informations lors de notre réservation, selon lesquelles l'hôtel et notre suite étaient parfaitement adaptés aux personnes en situation de handicap. Cela fait 2 semaines que le courriel est parti et nous n'avons eu aucun retour de l'hôtel. C'est tout simplement honteux et malhonnête !
