The breakfast is great and the environment is also very good. However, there is no elevator to the front desk of the hotel. It is not very friendly for girls to carry large luggage up. Everything else is great

Super friendly staff! There was no refrigerator in the room, but we could leave food at the reception, which is what we did.

location could be better but after acquaintance of city spots found it good enough when you know the way towards (rainy days didn’t helped either). service (friendly staff) and amenities good even not having breakfast (water and coffee complementary offer and pool room unexpected but appreciated). city tax less than in other previous cities passed by so didn’t matter as much…

Very nice hotel! Definitely the quality above 4🌟! The front desk staff are very professional and polite! Geographical location and convenient transportation. Close to the station. Hotel facilities are clean and tidy. Very nice hotel in Brussels!
