The front desk staff are very friendly, and there's even an idol there lol.
The location is great, and the room was clean.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighboring rooms, but I'm very satisfied with the service for this price!

Disappointing rooms and unresponsive management. Reserved 2 nights and paid for both at check in. The room was small with worn furniture, dim lighting, and a tiny shower. It was nothing like the online photos. The front desk clerk told us we could checkout & receive a refund for the 2nd night. The hotel manager insulted us, refuses to refund our money, & won't respond to emails. Nobody deserves friction and poor service when they are traveling.

This hotel is hard to get too, due to more tragic and congestion. The room was fine. Not fancy, but had all we needed. In Belgium it seems they don’t supply bath clothes or bar soap. Different then want we were used to. Very close to the Grand Place and lots of restaurants and shopping. Lots of tourist things to see nearby. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful!

Simple room, spacious, clean, no AC, able to open windows, the front desk will provide a fan however i did not need to use it. Out side temperature around 55 f. No coffee or tea in room. I did not use the breakfast therefore i can not provide a reviews on that area. Lobby has a small bar with pricelist.sto

Basic hotel, good location, improvements needed
The location is really good and in general good basic level small hotel with friendly service. In my room there were unpleasant smell in the bathroom and it was very difficult to get proper temperature shower due to the old mixer - the temperature was either cold or burning hot. Stayed just one night, so survived...
