The location is very good, not far from central, 7-8 minutes walk, 5 minutes if you walk faster, at the junction of Bell Gallery and the path, next to a restaurant serving oysters, mussels and seafood, the room is relatively large, with a kettle and coffee machine, but the bathroom has no cover, so it's easy for water to leak out when taking a shower, the breakfast is just so-so, the salmon is not very fresh, croissants 🥖 and the like are filling after just looking at them 🤣 The honey ham is relatively original, without any additives~ They focus on health 😏

Superb location right in the middle of everything. Yet at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
Rooms were big and spacious, our room also had a bath which was big enough for 2, separate shower area. Lift was also available in this hotel. The hotel is located exactly next to Maison Dandoy which was easy to miss as the front looked part of the cafe rather than a hotel.
Rooms needed some maintenance, the wooden chair in the room was broken with spikes of wood which was dangerous. Some lights in the room didn't work. No aircon, we had 2 separate rooms and one of them after a day out the room would be so hot and stuffy, the other room was fine. Bathroom floor tiles get really slippery once wet so also a hazard.
The other thing is that every time we enter the hotel we'll have to wait for the reception to physically open the door for us, it felt bothersome and we felt bad for them if we kept going in and out of the hotel

This is, unfortunately, not a four-star hotel by any reasonable standard. While the location is undeniably central and convenient, I was disappointed to find that other nearby hotels I had considered, and assumed were less central, are just as well located and offer far more. This property has no amenities: no restaurant or food options, no gym or wellness facilities, and not even a fridge in the room. You’re essentially paying for a basic room, and even that feels past its prime. The hotel has clearly seen better days; it’s quite rundown in areas and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The only saving grace was the lovely, helpful staff, who really did their best. But overall, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere, you can find much better value, quality, and comfort in the same central area.

La localisation est parfaite, près de tout, et le fait d'ouvrir ses volets et de se retrouver au dessus des Galeries St Hubert, dans ce dôme vitré, wow! Ça donne un de ses charmes! Le confort de la chambre est assez ikea et beneficierait d'un refresh côté peinture mais le lit et les oreillers sont tres confortables. Le personnel est jeune et attentionné! Très bon séjour.

Location was prime amazing. Facility is nice enough if it were kept up. But paint is cracked, floor of bathroom was stained. Shower couldn’t keep the water in the shower, it just splashed on the floor. Room 42 kings building.
I’d stay here again, the location is that great. I just don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. It’s more like a nice 3 star establishment.
