The rooms are ok, but the carpet is stained and not properly vacuumed. The worst thing is that I had bedbugs in my room (305), which I was able to prove with photos. I know from a previous reviews that they knew. However, I was told that they hadn't found any and that they couldn't give me another room because otherwise I would spread the bedbugs. I should look for another hotel. They would not even change the sheets. The service is horrible. You have to do all your communication via WhatsApp and it sometimes takes hours to get a reply. And then they do not offer any solutions.

Numa Lief stay in 2 rooms for 5 nights. Unfortunately not the best experience. The digital style of hotel is not something we would do again. We were initially put in an incorrect room for what we had booked and it took many WhatsApp messages to sort this out (not a good use of our time while on holiday). Our room privacy was breached 3 times using the code system to enter. Twice by housekeeping and once by another guest who was as shocked as I was to enter my room when I was there on my own. Again there were many WhatsApp messages required about these separate incidents.
