The room was very expensive for what it offered. The heating in the bathroom didn't work properly and it was very cold. The water pressure at the sink is so high that you can quickly ruin your outfit. There are cracks in the walls and the furniture is cheap and worn. There was construction work going on in the lobby so you could only enter the hotel via a side entrance. You pay a four-star price for a three-star hotel that feels like two stars.

The Alma Hotel has an excellent location , all attractions are just minutes waking distance away. The frant desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. We have free room upgrade.

The hotel in the old town is very lively, and you can reach attractions such as the Grand Square and the Manneken Pis within walking distance. The bedroom in the room has to be climbed up stairs, and the bathroom will be a bit cold in winter. Overall, the CP value is very high and the front desk staff are also very friendly👍

The hotel is only a few minutes away from Brussels Central Station. The hotel staff are very polite and full of smiles when meeting. The hotel is very close to most attractions such as the Manneken Pis and the Grand Place. I will stay there again next time I have the opportunity to go to Brussels. Select this hotel.
