Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, tengo que decir que para mí el hotel es un 10 en todo.
Impecable de limpio, el servicio muy amable y resulitivo. La ubicación es espectacular, en pleno centro. Las havitqcuones son una pasada y el spa también me gustó mucho.

Generally good, but inconsistent information on their website versus what reception told us (timings for breakfast were an hour longer than the website). Ordered a vanity pack and slippers via the website but these never arrived.

The parking lot is across the street, which is convenient. It is a basic hotel that is worthy of the Novotel brand. However, the room I used was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom smelled. Also, when I made a reservation, I asked the hotel for parking lot usage instructions, but I had to ask again when I checked in to get the instructions. In order to receive a parking discount, you have to make a reservation 2 hours before you enter, but since I had already entered, I could not receive the discount and had to pay the full price.

Very good hotel. It is well located, near the metro stations but also 5 minutes walk from the main square. I recommend it. Very good value for money!
