酒店很好，距離中央車站也不遠，步行即可。距離各個景點和大廣場也很近。但是途中部分路段是石板路，拖着行李箱可能會比較顛簸。

I gave this rating because of the management's character! I made a reservation but didn't go because of the airline strike in France. I canceled my trip to France, Brussels, and the Netherlands. I received a refund immediately for all the reservations I had to cancel. However, I requested a refund from this hotel, and they refused. 😞 And I gave them six days' notice. I'll be going in January, and I won't book this hotel again. Nor will I recommend it! They don't show solidarity with others, nor do they have any empathy! I didn't go because of an event, not because I didn't want to go. But don't worry, God has more to give me than these bad people can take away!

It was very family friendly hotel. The room was smaller than i expected but i was so surprised they offered a house keeping service everyday while staying.
Swimming pool is small, but perfect for kids. I really enjoyed the stream room.

Great location to the city centre and metro station , making travel into Brussels very easy and convenient. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the surroundings area to consider and lots going on. Hotel is very friendly and welcoming and I’d definitely stay again when visiting Brussels.
