Hotel Fleur de Ville

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with careful design from the lobby to each floor and room. The toiletries in the room are Aesop brand, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, all the beauty was shattered when we went to the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. When we arrived at the restaurant, the two waitresses did not greet us or pay any attention to us. They just stood behind the bar and looked at us coldly. They did not motion for us to sit there. However, since there was only one customer in the restaurant at that time, we found a seat by ourselves. It was not until I went to the bar to get the food that she asked me for my room number to register. Before booking the hotel, I saw a review saying that the hotel breakfast was one of the breakfasts on the menu plus a buffet bar. I was told that this was no longer available. It has been changed to only a buffet breakfast, but there are only a few food choices. I was really disappointed.

The hotel is very exquisite and beautiful, but the room type on the first floor facing the street is very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you must not choose this room type. It will greatly affect your sleep quality. Everything else is good. The breakfast is also ok

위치도 좋았고 직원분들도 굉장히 프리하면서도 친절하셨어요. 무엇보다 방이 넓고 층고가 높아 방에 들어가는 순간 와- 라는 기분! 편안하게 기분좋게 묵고 왔습니다. 다음에 또 가도 좋을 것 같아요!

The room is very new and old. There is no phone in the room. Everything else is OK. The first floor is noisy. There is an old man who is not very good at using the system when checking in. He insisted that he could not find my payment order. Everything else is OK.
