A very special hotel, you must try it when you come to Brussels

The hotel's location is decent, a 10-minute walk from the Grand Place and relatively quiet. Buses are also nearby, and the Central Station is a 10-minute walk away. There are several steps between check-in and reaching the first-floor room. There's a lounge on the ground floor with apples and water provided. There's a small gym on the ground floor, and an elevator is available for the upper rooms. We were in the back room on the first floor, which was also quite quiet. The 22-square-meter room we booked was a bit small. Three people sharing a 18-square-meter bed was a bit cramped, and even two suitcases filled it up. The shower had a strong spray and no door, so the water immediately overflowed. There were no toiletries, so we brought our own. Fortunately, they provided an extra blanket, and the room was cleaned very well, with beds made at night. The breakfast was limited and the same every day. The lamb sausage was too strong, and there were no eggs, bacon, bread, juice, or even waffles. The value for money wasn't great, and I feel the hotel's rating is a bit inflated.

The location is convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious. The cleaning time is not flexible enough.

The room was very nice, with a high ceiling. The location was great, within walking distance of the Brussels Opera, the pedestrian street, and the Grand Place. However, there was no in-room dining service.

The hotel is new and beautifully decorated. I only booked one night, but the front desk assigned me a room on the last floor, right next to three cleaning rooms. At 8 a.m., the clatter of tinkling trees, vacuuming, carts, and conversations began. The soundproofing was poor and very noisy. If I hadn't been up early to get to the airport, I would have complained. On a normal holiday, who can stand the chaotic noise outside at 7 or 8 a.m.? I think the front desk deliberately assigned me a room at the last floor. That alone made me uncomfortable. If you book this hotel, avoid the 007 room.
