It was nice to be able to check in completely by myself. The location of the hotel is the best, there is a tram station nearby and there is a supermarket.
The room was clean, but it was disappointing that the bathroom was full of mold and the drain was often clogged.

Camera ai piani alti senza ascensore, ma molto confortevole. La struttura è pulita e, durante il mio soggiorno, silenziosa. Non ci sono in dotazione bollitori o frigoriferi nella stanza, ma nella minuscola sala colazioni ci si può preparare un caffè o una tisana. Ho incrociato solamente la proprietaria durante il soggiorno, che faceva manutenzione, ma la procedura di check-in è stata facile ed intuitiva. Non c'è alcuna zona fumatori nello stabile, bisogna stare fuori nell' atrio di entrata. I prodotti per l'igiene sono di buona qualità. I parcheggi nei dintorni sono costosi, ma i mezzi pubblici a due passi portano ovunque. A pochi minuti a piedi (o con i mezzi) da Flagey, pieno di ristorantini interessanti. Per qualche giorno in città, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. The area is a block away from a grocery store and stops for the tram and busses, which is convenient.
The hosts were responsive to all my questions I had during my stay in Brussels.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

Very comfortable stay.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.
