Staff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.

It's a 3-minute walk from the central station, but the road is all cobblestone, so it's hard to walk with a suitcase.
The room was average, with 2 bottles of free water, but the Belgian water was too undrinkable.
The most unsatisfactory thing was the shower baffle, which was designed very unreasonably, and the bathroom would be splashed with water no matter how I washed it.

Located in the city center in front of Brussels Central Station, it is actually not close to Brussels North Station and Brussels South Station (Midi Station). This old hotel has no other problems except that the facilities are a bit old.

Amazing location, nice but kinda of old room but loved my stay here! Less than 5 mins away from brussels central station and very close to the grand palace :) loads of food options downstairs too
