This hotel was disaster. Dirty, staff was not polite, food was awful and the owner arrogant to us when we make a complaint. I can’t recommended this hotel to anybody. Also there was some noise in the night and they asked for breakfast extra cost.

Very dirty place with really unfriendly staff. Lot of insects everywhere, owner is aggresive and arrogant. We had to call police because someone stole our camera. We strongly DONT reccomend this place. Better find something safer and cleaner.

Hotel Fojtů in Bruntál is an absolute disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair – dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel seems to serve as a gathering spot for unstable elderly visitors, whose erratic and often disruptive behavior ruins the stay for everyone else. However, the real issue lies with the owner, who is shockingly aggressive and volatile. His inability to manage the hotel, combined with frequent outbursts of anger, creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. This establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and should be avoided by anyone seeking a peaceful or comfortable stay.
