hele fijne minivakantie doorgebracht op dit mooi aangelegde park. Perfecte locatie om tripjes te maken naar Maastricht, Aken of heerlijk wandelen op de naastgelegen Brunssumerheide. Lekker eten in het parkrestaurant, vriendelijk personeel (ook van het park) en niet te vergeten een super fijne accommodatie uitkijkend over het water. (Heidelodge 4, huisnr.226) Huisje erg compleet, inductie koken, oven en afwasmachine, gezellig ingericht met fijne zitbank en sfeerhaard, zeker in de koudere maanden ook fijn dat er ook vloerverwarming is, goed bed, kortom prima plek!

Het park is heel rustig, het vakantiehuisje was modern ingericht en mooi gelegen. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is prima! 👏👍

I left my phone charger between the beds. We love staying here and it is quiet and a good restaurant to eat at. We will.be back again in the summer.

Twee sterren voor het personeel, dat was het positieve van dit park. Het huisje zelf was een groot drama. Oud meubilair, doorgelegen bedden, niet gepoetst, vaat vuil in de kast.. en met als klapper op de vuurpijl een kapotte CV ketel waardoor we genoodzaakt waren om van huisje te veranderen na amper 4 dagen. Eenmaal "geüpgraded" na een dag vol stressen en in/uitpakken, terecht komen in wederom een niet schoon huisje met zelfs nog afval vd vorige bewoners voor de deur. De kwaliteit van meubels was gammel en gebruikt, niet heel veilig met kleine kinderen in huis. Zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.. het park zelf is netjes, mooie schone omgeving. Maar de huisjes zelf mogen voor die dure prijs echt wel opgeknapt worden en schoon worden gemaakt! Voor ons geen t****e keer, 10 dagen voor bijna €1300 voor deze staat van de huisjes. Dit kan echt beter. Als "tegemoetkoming" kregen we op zondag bij uitchecken een late check out. Achteraf ook onzin want het enigste wat we hoefden te doen bij uitchecken waren de sleutels in een brievenbus te gooien. Er bleek dus op zondag niemand te werken daar. Dus tot zover die "tegemoetkoming". Dit had naar onze mening beter gekund gezien het enorme bedrag wat we betaald hebben, en de onnodige verhuizingen tussendoor. Echt vakantie en ontspannen was er dus niet bij..

Disgusting place..
My family and I recent stayed at europacs in Brunssum. This overall experience was dismal. The hotel staff was unprofessional, the room was disgusting & dirty. I will never make a reservation for Europacs, if I have another option.
Examples of our experience
1. Curtains were falling down upon arrival.
2. The Cutting board had foods on it (and mold)/ Both bathroom floors and bathtub had hairs / bathroom smelt of urine.
3. Upon check-in we entered the guest house and discovered no towels were present. I called the front office but no one answered. Eventually I drove to the front desk to ask for towels. Service delivered 2 towels with mold. I requested different towels, in which service let the same towels by the front door.
My husband , and two little kiddos had to share on towels.

4. Dishwasher not working good. So I have to hand wash all dishes. My husband eventually fixed the washer.
5. One of bathroom shower water temperature was erratic. Temperatures fluctuated frequently. So all my family members have to take a turn for shower.
This is worst place I ever stayed. I have stayed in Asia, North America and Europe, this was the worst experience.
I’m very surprised this place is still in business.

Amazing stay.
It was ready amazing to arrive to a place I did not expect to be that spectacular. It was simple, neat and well presented. The only observation I have is that there should actually be a double bed in one of the rooms, if it says so in the booking. Pulling two single beds together to form a double bed was so uncomfortable. Other than this, it was a very awesome experience and one that I look forward to experiencing again. Amazing.
