Отличный семейный отель, очень атмосферный, в потрясающе красивом месте. Завтраки и ужины, как в хорошей пятерке. Номера очень просторные, удобные. На гору постоянно курсирует прекрасный шатл, на каждый номер предусмотрен шкаф для хранения лыж с сушкой. Персонал внимательный, заботливый. С радостью сюда вернемся.

really nice hotel! we was here for our ski trip in the dolomites. nice spa area, saunas an pool areas. The dinner was really good in this hotel. our room was big. we love the majestic and come back next year with all our fam. kronplatz is the best!! thank you!!

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questa struttura ... come dico nel titolo avevo maggiori aspettative e sono rimasto un pò deluso: ho trovato un pò di trascuratezza negli ambienti interni e nella camera che denotano evidenti segni del tempo, forse necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata (applique sui corridoi a penzoloni, pareti dell'ascensore rovinate, qualche dettaglio della camera un po vecchiotto) ... da una struttura di questo livello certe disattenzioni ed imperfezioni si accettano malvolentieri ... per il resto nulla da eccepire: accoglienza eccellente, personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile, servizi di alto livello, stupenda la piscina sia interna che esterna cosi come il centro benessere e le zone di relax ... colazione super con un'ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato, anche la cucina sicuramente di livello, anche se non ha soddisfatto i miei gusti (ma questo è assolutamente soggettivo) è evidente la cura e la professionalità del cuoco e del suo staff, piatti molto curati e sofisticati .....

Qualità e passione si percepiscono fin dal primo istante. I servizi sono di alto livello, le camere le migliori mai provate fra gli hotel di pari categoria o superiori. Bellissima la spa (menzione speciale per le saune e per lo spazio adults only con gettate di vapore a tema) e la piscina riscaldata interna ed esterna, con temperatura perfetta anche dell’ambiente circostante anche per i bambini. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche dalla proposta del ristorante, con un menù vario e improntato sul rispetto della materia prima e del territorio. Eccellente la colazione e la merenda pomeridiana, buona la carta dei vini, con una scelta discreta di vini della regione. Molto bello il buffet dei dolci e del formaggio, che purtroppo viene proposto soltanto una sera a settimana (domenica). Un po’ di confusione al momento del check in, complice forse il nostro orario di arrivo. Efficientissimo il servizio navetta da e per impianti di risalita del Kronplatz, comodissimo il bus per il centro di Brunico, la cui fermata si trova a pochi passi dall’hotel. Nel complesso un’esperienza entusiasmante, con un prezzo decisamente adeguato all’offerta. Torneremo volentieri!

In oltre vent'anni di frequentazione di questo spendido hotel ho visto crescere le persone, della Famiuglia Feichter, da ragazzi in adulti e genitori, ho visto crescere e migliorare la struttura, i servizi, l'offerta in generale e tante tante altre cose che ogni anno ed in qualsiasi stagione mi portano a casa della famiglia Feichter Rastner per utilizzare la loro struttura , approfittare della loro accoglienza e della loro famigliarità.

Sono stato per la seconda volta in questo hotel dove ho trascorso 3 giorni con la famiglia, dire fantastico è quasi riduttivo, sia per il centro benessere che per le camere. La cucina gourmet è davvero superlativa e il cuoco merita tutti i riconoscimenti ricevuti, che probabilmente nel giro di poco tempo si consacreranno con l'ambita stella michelin. Un plauso anche al resto del personale, molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molto gradito infine il servizio skibus offerto dall'hotel che ti accompagna alla partenza degli impianti con autisti sempre celeri ad accoglierti sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Spero di tornare presto.

Ottima struttura ben gestita. Personale professionale, attento e disponibile alle richieste del Cliente. Camera assegnata confortevole e ben disposta negli spazi. Ristorante di buon livello con ampio buffet per ogni esigenza e gusto. Curato servizio ai tavoli. Molti servizi a disposizione degli ospiti (spa, piscina, sauna, servizio navetta per le piste, ecc.) Ci siamo trovati molto bene per una breve ma soddisfacente vacanza. Grazie
