The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. It’s clear that the hotel is taken care of well. We’d recommend a stay here.

Unfortunately the extremely insanely noisy music from the bar downstairs STILL going on after 10pm and going on for hours already has completely ruined my stay. Thumping banging music permeating and shaking the room with the bass. The bar is clearly more important than hotel guests. Sad as the hotel was very welcoming on arrival and lovely staff but this is not acceptable.

Un albergo che per posizione, camere e servizi offerti meriterebbe un gran bel voto. Purtroppo perde tutti i punti “grazie” ad una receptionist maleducata. Prima della recensione ho inviato una mail al général manager per condividere la non piacevole esperienza. Sono ancora senza una risposta e senza un minimo cenno di scuse. Evidentemente la soddisfazione del cliente e l’attenzione verso lo stesso non sono poi ritenuti cosi importanti. Riccardo Gismondi

Room was clean today and spacious. Shower was powerful and hot. Gym and spa well maintained and relaxing. Staff friendly. Bar attached to hotel was lovely did not eat in there. Missed breakfast as left early so can’t comment. Good location and next to bus stop Just needed a tea/coffee in room would have been amazing. There is a fridge

Also 4 Sterne sind schon übertrieben, eher 3 Sterne würde ich sagen. Die Lage im Zentrum Brunecks ist echt klasse. Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage parken. Sehr netter Empfang. Überhaupt ist das Personal wirklich sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber und normal eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlt schon mal an einer Kabelverteilung eine Abdeckung, so dass die Stromkabel frei zugänglich sind. Allerdings an einer ungefährlichen Stelle aber eines 4 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Frühstücksbuffet ist super. Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet, ebenso der Kaffee.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte e non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi in quanto impegnati altrove. La stanza è abbastanza accogliente e pulita, peccato la moquette in terra. Non abbiamo capito come far funzionare la ventola del bagno. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante annesso ma solo del bar che ci ha fornito due ottimi drink omaggio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo non è gratuito ma a prezzo convenzionato.
