Hotel that does not reflect the four stars. The positive aspects are certainly the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness. The location is extremely good because it is just a few minutes from the center of Brunico. However, the hotel shows a clear lack of subscriptions or investments in recent years. The rooms are very clean but have little personality which penalizes the welcome. The common services are not at the level of a four-star but of a decent three-star. The restaurant is quite satisfactory in the dishes at the table, but not so much in the buffet. There is a clear lack of staff and four-star quality. I would not return.

Personale molto cordiale e qualificato, struttura molto ben gestita e pulita. Il soggiorno in mezza pensione di ottimo livello, colazione a Buffet molto ben fornito e cena sempre di qualità. Comodissimo per gli spostamenti verso le zone di sci. Per finire in bellezza una giornata di sport ottima SPA e zona relax. Torneremo!!

Salve a tutti,non sono solito a fare recensioni…ma la mia esperienza all Andreas Hofer Hotel è stata alquanto spiacevole e quasi mortale per la mia compagna….La sera del 31/12/21 abbiamo cenato all Hotel ed in seguito (all’incirca 30/40 minuti dopo) la mia compagna ha iniziato a sentirsi poco bene riscontrando chiazze rossastre sul collo e viso…così la direttrice ci ha consigliato di andare in pronto soccorso per accertarci dell accaduto…diagnosi:reazione allergica da crostacei(serviti al cenone) con rischio di shock anafilattico da lì a breve. Passata una serata insonne per lo spavento e per verificare costantemente la condizione della mia compagna,la sera seguente abbiamo parlato con la direttrice dell accaduto,in maniera civile,anche se da parte sua non posso dire lo stesso in quanto metteva in dubbio la reazione avuta e la qualità de cibo servito (ps.la mia compagna è di Napoli e mangia pesce da una vita,senza mai aver avuto problemi o allergie in precedenza)…così visto L andazzo ho deciso di chiudere la conversazione dicendo di far ritenere a lei ciò che fosse giusto fare in quella situazione (mi aspettavo onestamente un rimborso da parte della direttrice,anche minimo,come gesto di scusa per la serata passata ). Morale della storia ci siamo presentati al check out e abbiamo pagato prezzo pieno. Senza nemmeno averci tolto una bottiglia d acqua. Ora stiamo cercando di capire che fare essendo la mia compagna avvocato,(non dichiarato precedentemente in quanto volevamo goderci il soggiorno senza problemi ed in totale serenità) visto il modo in cui la direttrice senza un briciolo di cuore e di buon senso si è comportata con noi.

Aangezien mijn echtgenoot door een ski ongeval in het ziekenhuis van Bruneck ligt en net onze laatste dag was moest ik op zoek naar een hotel. Ons hotel kon voor mij hotel Ander reserveren. 4 sterren, ik legde mijn situatie uit dat mijn man ernstig gewond is en op intensieve ligt. De dame lachte eens en zei we hebben een mooie kamer voor u, u heeft welness, badjassen,... wat kan mij die welness of mooie kamer iets doen. Ik wou dat zelfs helemaal niet. Bij het ontbijt en avondmaal bekeken ze me omdat ik in mijn training zat of skibroek. Het enige wat ik nog had. Ze waren me liever kwijt dan rijk. Gelukkig was er 1 jong meisje bij het personeel die wel vriendelijk was. Daar ga ik niet meer heen. Ik zit nu al in een volgend hotel, het 3de, krone. Benieuwd wat dit gaat geven. De ontvangst was veel hartelijker.

la struttura ha cambiato gestione da poco. siamo stati con un gruppo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. molto disponibili e accoglienti. belle camere "calde". bufet ottimo a colazione e anche la cena con servizio a scelta ottima è a pochi minuti dal paese a piedi. si sta molto bene lo consigliamo vivamente. anche x gruppi ha il parcheggio x bus!

Siamo capitati all'hotel Ander per un caso fortuito e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L'hotel è bello e curato nei dettagli, il personale cortese e professionale. Siamo rimasti una sola notte, non abbiamo avuto tempo per la sauna che ci è stata proposta, abbiamo però potuto apprezzare il ristorante, eccellente, anche per vegetarixni, e la preziosa, luminisa, simpatica presenza del responsabile di sala, Gabriel.

Houve greve de trens e tivemos que passar um dia no hotel. Apesar de ser de 4 estrelas, a parte interna do quarto parece ser antiga, a limpeza do quarto foi ruim porque sou alérgico e tinha poeira nele. O cafe da manhã é muito bom, com diversas opções. A atendente é extremamente solícita e simpática. Se melhorarem a limpeza o hotel ficará muito melhor. As demais dependências são ótimas. O restaurante é caro e aconselho ir comer fora se possuir disposição.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is right next to the Nord station and about 10 mins walk to the centre. There was no disturbance at all in the room due to the train sound. The room was big enough with sufficient storage space and also a balcony. The bathroom was also big and very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced. I took the half board option and had dinner here daily. It was a 4 course meal with varied menu daily. Food was really good. On a rainy day, I ate lunch at their restaurant which was superb. Breakfast also had varied options. Service was good and fast. The card with free public transport was a plus. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Brunico next.
