The historic building is perfect for a youth hostel and has a very special charm. Starting with the absolutely impeccable cleanliness in all rooms, the sumptuous breakfast buffet and finally the super friendly "hostess" - there is (almost) nothing to complain about, apart from the fact that there is only one socket by the door for a 10-bed room, but you can borrow a power strip from reception and that there is no storage space by the bed, which was a bit stupid for me as I wear glasses, but that will probably be remedied soon. The location is quite out of the way, about 25 minutes walk into town.

Lovely, calm, clean, vegan-friendly place!
This was a wonderful hostel to stay at! The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). The hostel itself was very clean, it has a nice garden, it is near a river. Very good relaxation spot!

Auch a beautiful building! Possibility to cool down in the aare close by. The night was super calm, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Breakfast was great, mostly the homemade jam! Big garden in front. Easy walk to the center. Recommend to do it along the river.

Tolle Jugendherberge in historischem Gebäude. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Zimmer einfach, aber sauber und ausreichend. Dusche vorhanden (Tuch selber mitnehmen nicht vergessen). Morgenessen war super lecker. Gerne wieder!
