We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, Carmers. Very spacious, kitchen/dining area and a living room. Tom was around when we arrived and helped with bags. The laundry was great, and they have an honor bar with beer and wine. Short walk to a small grocery, and minutes to the main square, but area very quiet in the evening. Agree with comments to use taxi with bags. The free shuttle drops off nearby but still a lot of cobbles. If mobility issues, make sure to ask for the ground floor. A real hidden gem

We stayed for 4 nights in the St Jan apartment. Location is excellent - just a short walk to the main square, but on a quiet street so no noise at night. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Lovely peaceful garden too with a small, heated pool. Tom is a great host. We'd really recommend a break in Bruges at De Drie Koningen - perfect city break!

Nous avons passé un excellent we prolongé à Bruges (2 familles). Le logement st jan est TRÈS SPACIEUX (2 grandes Sdb, 3wc) , très confortable et convivial. Propreté et état impeccable. Il offre toutes les commodités et infos pratiques. Nous avions tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Les codes d’entrée permettent d’être totalement indépendant, garage disponible sur réservation (bien regarder la vidéo envoyée à la réservation) Le logement est idéalement situé. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous étions vraiment des rois ! Merci aux propriétaires pour la haute qualité de ce logement.

Outstanding apartment. We had the top floor one bedroom, that was huge. It also included a rooftop area that was beautiful to sit in at night. The apartment had a full kitchen, that included some very useful pantry items. Big dining table, large lounge area, and large bedroom and bathroom. Could not fault the care that had been taken by the owners. We also used the pool, which was well maintained, and the convenient free laundry. Best bit was how easy it was to get from the apartments to the main areas in Bruges. Walking distance to everything (although it is a bit of a hike to the main train station, but you could get the free bus) and we used the recommended taxi service, which was very prompt. Our stay was perfect. One note though - if you have big suitcases the stairs are steep! Would absolutely stay here again.

The St-Jacob apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax after days spent sightseeing. The location was perfect and our hosts were gracious and welcoming. This was one of our favorite places to stay as a family on our travels. Highly recommend!

We stayed in St Jan for 6 nights. It is a beautifully appointed apartment, very spacious with all the kitchen mod cons. The apartment is very well situated, just a 3 min walk from the main market place and walking distance from the main attractions in Bruges and has plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the nearby areas. Highly recommended.

Excellente adresse, idéalement située à Bruges. Nous sommes partis une semaine en famille à 5, le logement est à la fois chaleureux, spacieux, confortable, toutes les commodités sont appréciables (piscine, place de parking...) et les hôtes accueillants et réactifs avant et pendant le sejour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse!

Fabulous apartment. We had St. Niklaas which sleeps 4. One double room and a twin room . The apartment is very big and roomy. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Nice garden with a small plunge pool. Great location in a quiet road but very central part of Bruges. 5 minute walk to the main square. We got the free shuttle bus from outside the train station which drops you off near the main market Square and a very short walk from the apartment. Very nice hosts and good communication throughout with the booking. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the St Jan apartment. A beautiful, spotlessly clean, well-equipped apartment over 2 floors. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Central situation, but in a quiet side street, only minutes' walk from all Bruges attractions. We bumped into owner Tom, who invited us to see the amazing 13th(?) century cellar, which the family only discovered in recent years. The honesty bar is a great facility, with lots of wine and beer choices at very reasonable prices. A lovely stay, definitely would recommend.
