Bonjour, pour faire simple. Si vous arrivez en voiture, galère, car on ne peut pas s'arrêter devant l'établissement, rue étroite, sans voiturier, pas facile. Si vous avez des difficulté pour vous déplacer, galère, les chambres sont desservie par un escalier raide en colimaçon sans rampe et mal éclairé (3eme étage). Si vous aimez les fenêtre avec jolie vue, galère, car sous les toits avec trois velux. Si vous aimez les buffets du petit déjeuner, galère, jus de fruit frai 15 centilitre, pas de plat chaud pour 25 euros. Bref, sans autre commentaire.

Arrivé en voiture, compliqué car rue étroite impossible de s'arrêter devant. Chambre au troisième étage avec escalier raide en colimaçon mal éclairé. Impossible pour personne âgée. Chambre sans fenêtre avec trois velux. Petit déjeuné hors de prix sans buffet à volonté.

The rooms allocated were at the top of a 49 step very tight spiral staircase and one of the party had mobility issues! Apparently there were no other rooms in the hotel available so nothing could be done! To rooms were dirty and were furnished with tatty old brown furniture which has seen much better days. One of the rooms had a leather Sofa and the cushions cuts right through the leather. The curtains were filthy in fact they were literally black. In sum the rooms were terrible and need to be totally refurbished. The breakfast was ok but not the sumptuous experience promised in the *********** advert. All in all a very unsatisfactory B&B and a very disappointing experience, we wil not be back!

One of the worst restaurants I've been to in my life. had a lobster bisque and a Caprese. Soup made with pureed fish with a pungent smell and a "particular" taste. The caprese had very hard mozzarella and a "strange" flavored tomato. Then we choose the shrimps with tomato and we notice that it was a piece of frozen tomato with equally frozen shrimp placed on top. All tasteless and the only thing we distinctly noticed was the ice inside the prawns and tomato. The dessert chosen was the millefeuille (only in name) made with a jumble of fruits (strawberry, kiwi, cherry, pear, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and some others) that have nothing to do with the millefeuille they have little to do. Of course, only the name of the place is Italian. Everything else is pure and simple tourist trap. Trap also quite expensive I would say, definitely exaggerated prices

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked two rooms, both were very spacious, well kept and clean. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent and being just off the main square it’s close to everything.

L’accueil est très sympathique, une possibilité de parking proche vous est offerte à un prix raisonnable. La chambre est très spacieuse, confortable et propre, avec un petit frigo, donne directement sur la rue assez calme la nuit. Pas d’ascenseur et escalier en colimaçon.

En plein centre-ville (on fait difficilement plus proche), avec un accueil charmant, comme ce fut notre cas avec une arrivée nocturne en novembre. Des chambres et appartements pas forcément au-dessus de la salle du restaurant, mais cela fait partie du charme, permet des chambres d'autant plus calmes, et donne de l'authenticité au tout! Les chambres sont grandes. Et si certains trouveront à redire à leur agencement ou aux facilités qui s'y trouvent, c'est qu'un hôtel dans un cadre ancien, authentique et préservé n'est pas fait pour eux.

Fabulous B&B right in the centre of Bruges. The owners are really helpful and even parked our car! Lovely comfortable rooms and the breakfast in the cafe was delicious. Had a great weekend visiting the Christmas markets and lights. Will definitely return!

Le top du top, un patron très accueillant et très attentionné ; c'est lui même qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner qui était tout simplement excellent. Une très belle adresse. De plus, l'établissement dispose d'un parking privé (20€ la nuit) très pratique.
