Great hotel, breakfast lovely. Room was clean and comfortable and it was a great location. Only small problem was our family room was up several flight of very narrow staircases with no lift, we didn’t pack light as this was a multiple stopover trip, it was very hairy going up and down the stairs with heavy suitcases. We’ll know to pack light next time but just be aware if you have mobility issues as no lift. Pleasant stay though :)

It was a pleasant stay as hotel is near to all the tourist attraction. Breakfast had options. I reached the hotel in the evening. It was little difficult to coordinate to open the gate as there was no one at the reception. I would recommend this hotel if get this at decent price

We loved this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only warning to note is there are stairs and no elevator, the stairs are steep and if you are travelling all the way from Australia and likely travelling with large luggage the you may want to ask for ground floor in booking or make sure you have someone to help get the luggage upstairs we have to go up 3 flights of stairs not easy. Doable but not easy. There is no air conditioner but they did have a pedestal fan. Apart from that highly recommend the hotel.

Charismatic place and well located
Great location. Arrived late and place was locked but found directions to another hotel to gain access. (complexity for our trip)
room was lovely and warm. Building was old and charismatic but there is a stair free newer annexe.
Breakfast was a buffet style- cold meats cheeses etc- delicious.
Hosts were lovely and friendly.

Good location but…
The hotel has good location but no internet in the rooms (2nd floor), mold in the tube and bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was ok.

Tres bon sejour
Bonne situation, très proche du centre ville, des restaurants et des quais pour la visite de la ville en bateaux.
Personnel accueillant, hotel très cosy, chambre bien agencée, propre et bien chauffée
Pas de parking réservé pour l'hôtel, mais une liste de parkings à proximité est fournie sur demande par l'hôtel. Le prix pour stationner dans la rue (si par chance comme nous, vous trouvez de la place!) est de 14E pour 4 heures (qui est le maximum autorisé). Attention la police effectue des rondes régulières.
Pour la restauration, je recommande la brasserie Tom pouce, qui propose une formule pour deux personnes (29.90E par personne), composée de 5 plats locaux différents préparés à la bière (moules en cocotte, blanquette de veau, lapin aux pruneaux, carbonnade flammande et boulettes aux baies), le tout servi avec des frites bien sur! un régal et copieux.

Très joli hôtel, si vous appréciez les Cygnes, très élégant. Nous étions au RDC, côté rue. Propreté Ok, chambre spacieuse, et pas de problème de bruit malgré la rue. Literie Ok, mais peut mieux faire. Deux lits individuels rapprochés c'est bien mais 2 petites couettes individuelles, c'est pas top pour chambre avec lit double. Réceptionnistes très agréables. Buffet Petit-déjeuner plus que correct, avec aussi bien du salé que du sucré. Salle de déjeuner agréable aussi. Hôtel très bien situé, parking à 20€ par jour apprécié. Douche ok, toilette aussi, mais le lave-main gagne-place en guise de vasque dans une salle de bain d'hôtel, ce n'est à mon sens pas normal ! Une vasque classique c'est un minimum de confort.. Parking à 5 minutes de l'hôtel, avec les bagages et sur les pavés de Bruges, c'est pas l'idéal.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce bel hôtel. La chambre était très propre ainsi que la salle de bain, le lit confortable et les doubles vitrages isolants ne laissent pas passer le bruit de la petite rue. Le p'tit déjeuner est complet et excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Un bémol cependant, la direction devrait installer des joints de porte à la chambre n° 1, car la nuit la lumière du couloir s'infiltre dans les embrasures et éclaire la chambre, ce qui perturbe le sommeil, et c'est dommage.
