I would call it hostel quality even if some times hostels are better than this. The room was very basic and the mattress very uncomfortable. The bathroom was old with damages. The half board is 20 euros per person and the food quality was very low. The reception was most of the times busy (only one person was working) - we were waiting for 30 minutes to check out. 200 euros per night (with dinner) is super expensive for a hotel that has the service and quality of an one star hotel. * we were also charged at the check out 6 euros to borrow a bathrobe and nobody told us that we should pay for it in advance. A three stars hotel without even bathrobes provided for free is more like a hostel. Also, the room was not cleaned daily and we had even to ask for toilet paper.

I originally planned to stay for just one night, but I was so impressed by the exceptional service, prime location, and overall quality of the property that I extended my stay for two additional nights. The property is ideally situated away from the noise and pollution of the city, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Despite its tranquil setting, it’s conveniently accessible with taxis and buses readily available for transportation.
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. It featured an all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality and presentation were truly outstanding. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the pool and sauna, provided a luxurious and relaxing experience.
Dinner was another standout feature. For just 21 euros per person, the all-you-can-eat buffet offered an unbelievable variety of dishes, all expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Each evening brought a new selection of culinary delights, showcasing the skill and professionalism of the kitchen staff.
Overall, this property offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and value. The staff’s attentiveness and hospitality truly set this place apart, making it an experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay

Wir verbringen mehrmals im Jahr Urlaub in einem Jufa Hotel, aber dieses ist leider ein Negativ-Ausreißer. Hauptkritikpunkt ist dass das Hallenbad leider nicht benutzbar ist. Für uns war es Hauptmotivationsgrund für die Buchung. Man denkt sich nach dem Wintertag gemütlich mit den Kindern ins warme Becken springen, aber das ist leider ein Eisbad. Es hat sicher keine 20 Grad, das Kinderbecken ist sogar noch kälter. Man kann es bestenfalls zur Abkühlung nach der Sauna verwenden, aber nicht mit Kindern! Generell scheint es hier auch etwas zu wenig Personal zu geben. 4 Gastzimmer werden von 2 Personen betreut - Getränke zum Abendessen zu bestellen war in Ermangelung einer Bedienung nicht möglich - das Geschirr stapelte sich auf den Tischen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten schon komplett überarbeitet

Ich habe bis jetzt immer gerne in Jufa Hotels gebucht, aber das war wirklich ein sehr schlechte Erfahrung in Mariazell. Lage des Hotels ist gut, Spielplatz etc gut. ABER wir wollten um 16:20 einchecken (Check-in ab 16:00) und bekamen nur eine kühle Info: Das Zimmer ist nicht fertig, wir sind halt ausgebucht. Der Rezeptionist konnte keine Antwort geben, wann das Zimmer fertig ist, bzw. wurden auch keine Alternativen angeboten. Er wollte sich auch nicht erkundigen, wann wir damit rechnen konnten. DANN wollten wir uns zum Abendessen anmelden. Seine Antwort: Heute geht nichts mehr, wir sind ausgebucht. Frechheit sowas! Wie kann man für 4 !! Personen, die schon lange im Voraus ein Zimmer gebucht haben, kein Abendessen mehr haben?! Es befindet sich auch nirgendwo eine Info bzgl noch längerer Vorbestellung für das Abendessen!!! Wir bekamen das Bistro im Barbereich angeboten, dort aßen wir später eine wenig schmackhafte und kalte Tiefkühlpizza, auf die wir mehr als 1 Std gewartet hatten!!! Außerdem schienen wir die einzigen zu sein, die kein Abendessen mehr bekamen. Im Restaurantbereich waren immer wieder mehrere Tische leer. Pool ist mega kalt es war nicht gerade sauber. Zimmer waren ausreichend. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, dort waren die MitarbeiterInnen sehr bemüht. Mir ist es sehr schade ums Geld, das wars nicht wert.

Unser erster Besuch in einem Jufa Hotel. Leider die letzten Tage vor den Betriebsferien. Am letzten Tag nur noch kaltes Wasser. Am Buffet teils alte Sachen, abgelaufene Margarine. Zum Abendessen zum Teil wenig kindgerechtes Essen. Kein Fernsehempfang im Zimmer. Beim Bezahlen am Abreisetag wurden wir um unsere Bewertung gebeten, konnte aber mit Kritik überhaupt nicht umgehen. Schade. Würden aber ein anderes Jugs Hotel trotzdem ausprobieren

great location, cold pool, unfriendly staff, not worth booking from their website. The rooms were clean until you lose a slipper under the bed . The amenities are great the kids love it. The food has great variety and poor quality. The reception staff is SUPER unhelpful.

Das Hotel bietet insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre, besonders die Zimmer sind gut und komfortabel. Allerdings lässt das Essen zu wünschen übrig – es ist eher durchschnittlich. Eine negative Überraschung war, dass uns das Ausdrucken von zwei Word-Seiten an der Rezeption Geld gekostet hätte. Das Hallenbad ist ebenfalls nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Mit einer maximalen Wassertiefe von 1,40 m ist es eher für Personen geeignet, die in seichten Gewässern schwimmen möchten. Für Schwimmer, die eine tiefere Wasserumgebung bevorzugen, wird es nicht das Richtige sein. Insgesamt wäre das Hotel nicht meine erste Wahl für einen erneuten Besuch.

Attention.tenue vestimentaire a revoir .on ne traverse pas le restaurant en petite culotte et ensuite s installer au bar dans cette tenue .
