Das Hotel ist neu und sehr sauber. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. 4 Stunden Thermeneintritt täglich ist inkludiert. Was will man mehr? Insgesamt sehr erholsam. Bad Radkersburg selbst ist klein, aber fein mit netten Geschäften und guter Gastronomie.

Es war fuer uns ein schoenes verlangertes WE. Wir wurden folgende Dienstleistungen begrussen: - kleines Kuhlschrank in den Zimmern - speziell in dieser Hitze! - klarere Komminizierung des Menu - speziell die Abendessen, einige Stunden vor dem Abendessen konnten die Damen an der Rezeption nicht unser Frage nach dem Menu beantworten - das Menu Buffe im Garten wurde ich erweitern um mind. 1 Hauptspeise+1 Salat, da die Gaste die zwischen Mittagessen u. Abendessen anreisen haben nicht ausreichender Auswahl an Speisen

Sehr tolles Jufa-Hotel mit einem schönen Spielplatz und spannendem Wander- / Spazierwegen. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es auch ein tolle Naturzentrum. Die Lage empfanden wir als gut da man auch zu Fuß die Stadt problemlos erreichen kann. Es gibt in der nähe auch sehr viele Ausflugsziele die perfekt für Familien geeignet sind. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal :-) Das Essen war sehr gut für Kinder und auch die Auswahl. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Reinigung in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Hier war nach drei Tagen noch der gleiche Schmutz im Stiegenhaus. Die Teppiche sind natürlich, auf Grund der vielen Kinder mit einigen Flecken versehen. Hier wäre eine Grundreinigung angebracht. Alles in Allem auf jeden fall empfehlenswert ;-)

Jufa took my money after I pad online but did not honor my reservation and payment claiming that it was paid for a different t hotel at a different date, despite me showing them the reservation. They told me that my reservation was therefore forfeited as no down payment was received. I gave up on the 80 Euros I and paid and we stayed somewhere different. Despite all of fine above, they just sent me a bill for the original booking that they did not honor and they are refusing to refund me. What a mess and what a terrible experience!!

Das Hotel hat schon seine Jahre auf dem Buckel, aber im grossen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich konnte auch ohne Probleme 1 Zimmer stornieren. Die Betten sind ein wenig zuweich für meinen Rücken. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig

Die Rezeption ist eine Katastrophe! Eincheckdauer 20min! Hätte noch zwei Zimmer gebraucht, ging leider nicht! Dann wollte ich zusätzlich zwei Betten buchen, ging auch nicht, obwohl ich alleine in einem Vierbettapartement genächtigt habe!

Nettes, kinderfreundliches Hotel im Wald, wo man sich wirklich auch mit Kinder entspannen kann. Tolles Basis für kleine und große Wanderungen rund um Bruck und Weintental. Die Zimmern haben alles was man braucht, großer Spielplatz lässt die Kids sich ordentlich auszutoben und um das Essen muss man sich auch nicht wirklich kümmern. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist gleich im Wald. Schöne Spazier- und Wanderwege. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist gut und ausreichend. Der Spielplatz ist riesig und es ist für jeden was dabei. Tischtennis-Tisch im Freien. Drinnen Kegelbahnen, Wutzler und andere Spielmöglichkeiten.
