We had a lovely stay at Osmolis. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are wonderful. The views are great and everything is just as it looks on *******.
We had a car which was handy for getting about, but we also used the buses to get to Dubrovnik and there is a stop just outside the hotel. It’s a stunning location.
A big thank you to Osmolis for making our stay so special.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of Dubrovnik. Nice design details. Rooms with amazing view of the water. Quiet. Terrific beach just across the street. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Plus, they allowed us to have a super early check-in when our flight arrived early.

Hotel as an excellent hotel, beautifully designed room with sea view, restaurant very very bad, waiter (Dujo) we saw his name on his shirt, not professional, poor service, breakfast as if you are in a much worse hotel, basic things are missing, not to mention everything for the rest, we ordered scrambled eggs, my wife was sick to her stomach the whole day after that breakfast, later we went after breakfast to the pool to have a drink, the waiter was not there, we went to the reception to ask if there was anyone to serve us, the answer was no, he will come in a few minutes, we waited for him for 10 minutes, we don't know where the staff is, the lunch prices are as if you are in Dubai, we came in 2 days for dinner, we had nothing to choose from the small selection of food, we took pasta and fish, the pasta was not tasty, it was not cooked well, it was hard and the fish is not fresh at all, the waiter didn't even bother to give a discount on a bar or a drink I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE, YOU WILL BE VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Rooms excellent design on a large level view clean 5, the service of the restaurant is very bad, swedish table is very weak there is nothing to choose for dinner prices are expensive!! Complaints: the older waiter on his mobile phone most of time did not see us at the counter, the breakfast is as if you are in a 2 star motel, needs a lot of progress!

If you’re booked to stay at this hotel this week (25th June 2024), I strongly urge you to cancel your booking. The hotel has been without hot water for 2 days so showers etc are not working. There is no way to stay clean in what are very, very warm temperatures. The owners are refusing to advise arriving customers of the issue and keep promising it will be fixed ‘tomorrow’. When approached this evening for some sort of gesture of good will on their guests’ bills, the owner refused to even discuss the matter. He said we could always check out, but he’d still be charging our card for our stay, Truly appalling service and dishonestly from a hotel that, on the face of it, should have been an excellent experience.

National road 50m below. So don't sleep with the window open! And non-adjustable air conditioning is 24 for the whole hotel period!!! No water, no kf/tea in the room, plants all around the hotel dead and dried. Reception non-existent. Poor food, low-end orange juice… €220 per night!!! Scandal and in the middle of nowhere, 1st restaurant 10km away

i loved this hotel, the view from every room was fabulous. The hotel staff was curtious, friendly, helpfull, fun and wonderful. The cook wanted to make sure the eggs were cooked right, and since you wanted vegetables in them, then maybe you wanted more of them on the side. it is a little ways out of town, but thats part of the charm!!

We had a great 4-night stay as a couple, in August 2023. The location away from Dubrovnik is great, quiet, easy to park, magnificent view. The rooms are extraordinary, we were on the 3rd floor, super pleasant carpet on the floor, bathroom with sea view through transparency into the room, quality furniture, huge bed. Very pleasant and helpful staff, bar available, infinity pool with sea view, breakfast not bad either. We loved our 4 day stay in Osmolis and recommend it with our eyes closed!
