Coffee was instant Nescafé and was so bad it nearly ruined all the breakfasts . I’ve never seen a cost cutting measure so blatant that they put terrible instant coffee machine with gross coffee that discourage their own customers from drinking coffee.

Clean room. Breakfast was great! Pool was clean but jacuzzi was cold. Pool area trash was super full. Security was rude pointing flashlight to the face, instead of talking nicely

Se escucha mucho ruido de los demás huéspedes al interior de las habitaciones, podrian mejorar esto, en la alberca poca iluminación por la noche, la ubicación del hotel en general es buena, hay opciones de comida rápida a no más de 100 metros.

Fue nuestra primera vez en este hotel. Lamentablemente, nuestro cuarto tenía demasiada humedad en el piso, y debajo de una de las camas se juntaba es humedad y se hizo un charquito, no podías andar sin zapatos. Como hicimos el check in tarde, la verdad estábamos muy cansad@s como para cambiarnos de habitación, entonces lo reportamos hasta en la mañana. No fue tan cómodo como otros hoteles de la misma cadena
