Soy clienta de esto hotel, siempre trato de quedarme aquí. Pero eara visita me decepcionó. El desayuno horrible, pobre, frío. Por reparación todo escueto insípido, siempre hay jamón, quesos, ahora nada . Somos 9 personas había 1 jugo y 3 desayunos helados, el café solo de un tipo, ni siquiera leche ni cornflakes para los niños hasta q le pedimos a la srita se le ocurrió sacarlos, En la alberca ni toallas la primer noche, la segunda fui al lobby por ellas y muy a fuerza me las dieron En la habitación, ni el seo hicieron ni toallas limpias nos pusieron. Pedimos hielo y que no sirve la máquina. La verdad no es un hotel económico como para tener ese mal servicio Ojalá mañana mejore el servicio Que lastima q un hotel que era tan bueno baje tanto En espera de su respuesta ArqKaren Sanchez
