(Bigger boats can tie off to side of dock) 9,5 feet of water at the dock. Very rare, this property has its own private boat ramp to make loading and unloading watercraft easy. No driving to a ramp. Giant covered patios to enjoy the breath-taking sunrises and sunsets. Large open master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms with an additional small bedroom (with daybed and full size bed). The loft can be used as sleeping area complete with queen bed. Located 5 miles from Brownwood State Park. This house also has an 32amp RV plug perfect for charging EV’s / electric charging/ Teslas. Amazing house. Amazing host. Great kitchen, nice grill, beautiful decks, perfect sunsets. We enjoyed the kayaks and the life jackets. I hope to visit again!

Amazing Lake House Getaway
The house and property were very beautiful and very well kept and very clean! Impressive even after seeing the pictures. The area is quiet and cozy, and lots of deer at this time. The girls enjoyed the water toys and there was plenty of room outside and inside. I would love to go back and stay longer!

Birthday Getaway
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our birthday weekend at Brad and Kim’s lovely home. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishes. And most importantly, the house was very clean. Kim was quick to respond when I had questions.
The dock was a perfect place from which to fish and paddle board. We will definitely come back!

Amazing!!!!!
Our stay was great! The views of the lake are spectacular and love the outdoor seating. Beds were comfy and house was well stocked with everyday needs. House was very clean. Everything we needed plus more. Thanks for such a great experience.

Weekend with family and friends...
We were in town for a local event and decided to get a vrbo to have some space and privacy. This house is exactly the way you see it in pictures if not better. We felt comfortable beds are comfy you have everything you might need. Owner is a message away. Owner notified me tha pool was green but we could still use it, if there was something wrong that might be the only thing but we still got to use it and had a great time! The views are amazing, sunsets and mornings are beautiful, really enjoyed the morning coffee out there. We will definitely try to book this place again in the near future.
