We recently completed three nights at the hotel, and we could not have been more pleased! We used all amenities (pool, gym, breakfast, laundry) and they were all clean, functional, well kept and high quality. The front desk staff - all of them (do not need to name specifically as each one was top notch) - went above and beyond, from ensuring a smooth check in, explaining the amenities, providing additional towels upon request, and serving with a smile. These may sound like the “little things” that all hotels should be doing, but all too often they are missed. A strong first impression went a long way to a positive and easy stay. Keep up the great work.

I stayed one night at the Fairfield and would recommend it. Pros -Comfortable pillows and bed -Average continental breakfast -Great vending area, although I didn't utilize it. -Love that you can continuously keep the AC fan on for some white noise. -I was traveling and arrived in PA early, the check-in staff was very kind, and I was able to get a room sooner than anticipated. Cons -Walls are a bit thin, maybe due to rooms having adjoining doors. The white noise from the AC unit helped alleviate this. -Doors are almost impossible not to slam. Again, the fan from the AC unit helped drown this out. -No fan in the bathroom -Rooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no body lotion. Overall, it was a safe and comfortable place to stop for the night. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Broomall with a large group for a wedding over Memorial Day Weekend. Everything worked out perfectly thanks to a very accommodating staff and attentive General Manager, Jen Oliver Lamken. There are several different areas within the lobby to gather as a group which made it easy to reconnect with our family. The gentleman who manages the dining was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options including fresh fruit and waffles. My husband enjoyed a late-night burger from the restaurant. Jen was happy to grant me an early check-in after arriving on a red-eye and accommodated a late check-out for an elderly family member with a late-afternoon flight. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel if you are planning to stay in this area of teh Philadelphia suburbs. The staff was extremely friendly. No complaints.
