Clean, Staff was polite, check-in was smooth, and room was basic but tidy. Good spot for a quick stopover. Pillows were super soft, but solid value overall. The rooms were super clean and Karan was great at fixing the door scanner and had it working quickly for me to get into my room! Also they had prime for all the new movies which was very accommodating

Stayed here as I was in town for a few days visiting family and was rather impressed! Growing up in Brooks this property has a reputation from when it was Econo Lodge. The price was good! And the room was great! The room was clean for the most part. Bed was comfy, and the TV was huge. They also don't use the dumb hotel cable and you had so much to choose from at least over 100 TV channels. There's a Ricky's on property in case you get hungry and many other restaurants and shopping nearby. I only have a few minor negatives about this hotel: 1) the staff wasn't the friendliest especially the young gal working the front desk from check-in to check out. 2) the shower head was not good which I think they could easily fix. 3) there's no coffee pot in the room which ******. But they have complimentary coffee in tea in the lobby that I later found out from another guest. 4) the door needs to be slammed to be fully closed. 5) The people living at the hotel can be rude and disrespectful. Towards the end of my trip I ended up getting a bad stomach bug and was up all night sick and one the "residents" made me feel quite unsafe as he was threatening me etc. I tried to apologize and explain that it isn't my fault that I am not well but he did not care. I could have went to the front desk and said something but I felt that the gal working the desk would also not care. All in all I would for sure stay here again when I am in Brooks. You can't simply beat the price for the quality of room you get! Next time I will just ask for a room away from the people living here!
