This review is due to the fact the hotel adds a charge on to park in their parking lot. $10 per day to simply access their business. This hotel is out in suburbs, public transportation isn’t an option, and they have a parking lot. A shameful fleecing of customers for extra money.

Excellent 2 week experience. Exactly as advertised. Staff was fantastic, particularly Tara, Camay, Anna, Justin, Bram, housekeeping, breakfast crew and really everyone with whom I had contact. I really enjoyed the 24 hour access to coffee and tea (Bigelow.) The breakfast selections were admirable; a step up from the typical free hotel fare. Location is good for access to highway or taking alternate routes in rush hour traffic. Restaurants, groceries, nearby and only a mile to the public library too. I enjoyed using the pool everyday. Cleanliness of the entire facility was clearly a priority.

I loved having the kitchenette, but a stove would have been nice as we weerr here over a week. Also to make the rooms a little bigger or add a bar seating area to the kitchenette. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Booked a reservation and called to make sure the dates were correct. Once arrived was told room was not available and had to go to Hampton inn for $200 which is higher than rate. Would expect a discount for the inconvenience
